Emma Andrew is the creative mind and baker behind 'The Lazy Lorikeet'.
Emma is a home baker who operates from her kitchen in Narooma specialising in cupcakes, cookies and slices. She enjoys making pretty edible things, using colours and fun textures with her desserts so they taste as good as they look.
Emma hope is to make people smile with her food because when we have our bad days, sometimes a little bit of kindness can help chase our grey skies away.
So why the name 'The Lazy Lorikeet'? It's based off one of her many birds she has, a little Purple Crowned Lorikeet Baby Bird (which is a long story that she is always happy to chat about!), A combination of her absolute love for birds and a name that makes her laugh because Lorikeets are definitely not lazy.
