Aaron and Kathleen are a husband and wife team making leather goods from Australian leather based in Merimbula.
Aaron and Kathleen are passionate about crafting pieces with their hands using the best materials possible. All the items are handstitched using the traditional saddle stitching method which Aaron has mastered for over 10 years.
The couple often bring unfinished leather goods to the markets they attend, demonstrating how leather is traditionally stitched by hand.
The leather goods they make include: Belts, bags, camera straps, keyrings, braided bracelets, kangaroo leather wallets and more.
Aaron and Kathleen love attending markets and festivals to meet people and gain inspiration for their designs using some of Australia’s best tanned cowhide and kangaroo leather.
